Before any treatment we walk the property, talk through any concerns, and note where children and pets spend time. The treatment plan is then designed around your home, not a one-size-fits-all spray.
Products approved for homes
We use products registered for residential use. The main requirement is simple: keep people and pets clear of treated areas until the spray has dried — usually an hour or two — after which it's safe to return.
Rodent baiting is fully contained
For rats and mice we always use lockable, tamper-resistant bait stations placed away from areas children and pets can reach, so the bait is never exposed.
